Retournemer 88400 XONRUPT LONGEMER
When you arrive from Gérardmer, go along Longemer lake on the right. Before the entrance to Verte Vallée camp site, park on your right between the road and the bike path. Take the path that crosses la Vologne and follow the red cross signs to the Retournemer waterfall. Continue along the path and go around the Retournemer Lake. Shortly after the forest road barrier, turn right and follow the red triangle signposts to the Charlemagne waterfall (10 minutes steep climb). Return by the same path.
