The Beer Museum is in the Stenay citadel provisions store that was built between 1609 and 1615. A huge collection of about 50,000 objects, the largest in Europe, is in a modern, interactive setting of 2,500m2. The history of beer, techniques and traditions of the brewer’s art are explained in a fun, informative way. The tavern is open for tasting sessions and has a large range of beers and local products for sale.
