This family business has been making madeleine cakes for three generations. Now, the cakes are taking on more colours and flavours. They also come in various forms - the traditional shape, filled with a mirabelle plum, coated with dark chocolate icing, sugar-coated etc. You can watch the various stages involved in production (from making the mixture to packaging the finished product) through a window. The shop also sells the company's own specialities and a whole world of products connected with madeleine sponges. A spacious lounge is the ideal place to sit and enjoy one of the famous cakes with a hot or cold drink.
