Chef Didier Masson holds the title ‘Maître Restaurateur’ and he and his son, Luc, proudly present a fine traditionally based cuisine using locally supplied farm produce and Vosges Mountain plants, fruits and flowers to enhance their dishes. Agnès Masson and daughter Charlène welcome visitors to the dining room, a lovely countrified atmosphere with a cosy fire in the hearth. The terrace opens out on the garden and is shaded by the large trees, a perfect spot to linger over a delicious meal in the country.
