Le rouge
gazon ski resort

SIVU -Thomas Devard

A former family farmhouse inn transformed into a winter sports resort, the ski area of Le Rouge Gazon offers board sports and activities for the whole family.

With 10 downhill slopes, 3 cross-country trails, 3 snowshoe trails, toboggan runs and a snow park, there’s plenty to enjoy at Le Rouge Gazon! For winter holidays, this high-altitude resort in the Upper Vosges has been passed down from generation to generation and is ideal for families and for both beginners and experienced skiers. A multi-sports area with a magic carpet, a protected ski slope and toboggan run are perfect for risk-free fun. At the foot of the slopes, enjoy accommodation and restaurants for a break between two runs. There’s also equipment hire for those who need it. The multi-sports area even has a snack bar with a sunny terrace.

As a family:

  • Tibou area at the foot of the hotel, with free access for ages 0-6
  • ESF ski school on-site, with a childcare centre

Events:

  • “Snow kids” days: head to the multi-sports area for fun courses
  • 4 March 2017, Classic 90 - Christian Luttenbacher Trophy: Open to everyone (by registration and upon presentation of a lift pass with insurance or an FFS membership card), this slalom course with around 25 gates is above all fun and simple. The only condition: have equipment from the 90s or before. And preferably with the ski wear to match!
