The Papyllon Brewery is first and foremost a family history that has lasted for nearly 100 years, but it is also and above all an authentic passion for one of the most beautiful professions there is: that of brewer. The local approach, as close to nature as possible (no chemical additives or flavourings), combined with a great deal of innovation and creativity, is to be emphasised: in fact, it's quite simple, the result has just been validated as MOSL quality! The originality can be found in their recipes as well as in the name they have been given. We won't tell you any more, we prefer to invite you to come and meet this fascinating team to learn more about this age-old know-how and above all to taste these 100% local beverages with unsuspected virtues.
