This route combines nature and history. To the east, the route runs for several kilometres through the forest, offering a pleasant walk in the shade of the trees. To the north of Luttange, there are many traces of history. In an open landscape, you will walk along two historical routes. One was used in the Middle Ages by monks, the other is an ancient Roman secondary road. The latter linked two major axes of the Roman road network that once criss-crossed the entire region. You will also pass near Terlange, a disappeared village mentioned in writings in 968.
