In the oldest part of the Charmois estate is the brewery that produces the beer of the same name. It is a top-fermentation beer that keeps well and is neither filtered nor pasteurised. Instead, it slowly undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, in accordance with age-old brewing traditions. The brewery produces two beers: - Charmoy blonde, which surprises drinkers for its mild mouth feel and rich yet subtle bouquet - Charmoy ambrée, which is beautifully bitter but also delightfully fruity.Sale of beers on site on Saturday mornings from 9am to noon.
