The Lorraine is still faithful to its first love, the mirabelle plum.

But the region also has a cornucopia of other flavours on offer, such as bergamot oranges from Nancy, madeleine cakes from Commercy and Liverdun, sugared almonds from Verdun, jam deseeded with duck feathers from Bar-le-Duc, and of course, famous mirabelle brandy.

Discover specialities such as potée (boiled meat with cabbage) or quiche, accompanied by wines from Moselle or the Côtes-de-Toul AOC.
