To combine pleasurable dining with relaxation, the "Getaway" package is ideal for anybody looking to get their energy back in beautiful rural surroudings. Located opposite Vittel’s hippodrome, a short distance from the spa complex and park. This hotel is set in natural surroundings and has a multitude of advantages. There is an indoor heated swimming pool opening onto a shady garden and its fountain, with solarium. There is also a beauty care centre with physiotherapist and beautician. Add in a tennis court and a spacious summer terrace and you can see the attraction of a holiday here. Two restaurants, each with its own style, and a bar with an atmosphere of intimacy highlight the quality of this 57-room hotel. An elegantly-designed new wing has been added, containing spacious bedrooms (30 sq. metres) with modern minimalist interiors. The original building also puts the accent on comfort. The Orée du Bois is accredited for disabled guests and is also well-known for its varied menus.
Cuisine
The chef enjoys playing with flavours. The result is elegant creative cuisine that subtly enhances the seasonal local produce. Try the Scallop and King Prawn Kebab with Citronella or the Mirabelle Plum Chaud-froid. The wine list contains more than one hundred wines.
