In the heart of Southern Vosges, in the lush green Ajol Valley, La Résidence invites you to discover what fine dining is all about. In the well-preserved, rich environment of this rural heritage site, you can enjoy the inventive mouthwatering cuisine prepared by Cédric Bongeot, the third generation of the family to welcome guests to this superb 19th-century supervisor's house.
Cuisine
The foie gras is homemade and lightly fried with rhubarb, and there are plenty of fresh fish on the menu. Then there is the Potato and Val d’Ajol Chitterling Pâté, or “Chaude Meurotte” (a salad typical of the Vosges area). New menu for every season.
