In L’Arnsbourg, chef Jean-Georges Klein (3 Michelin stars) turns all products and produce into something magnificent while his wife, Nicole, happily welcomes visitors to the Hôtel K overlooking the surrounding countryside in the Untermuhlthal, on the wooded borders of Lorraine and Alsace. There is total osmosis between the cuisine, accommodation and environment. And an innate sense of fun. This is undoubtedly because the nobility of the building materials, refined elegance of the modern décor in the 12 bedrooms and suites (each with its own unique layout and all with a balcony), the carefully chosen objects and fluid lines all underline the oneness of a nature that it can easy be imagined full of inventive dreams and a cuisine that is as elegant as it is pure. In short, visitors feel wonderful here, indoors and out. Dedicated to a feeling of total calm, the “reception ground floor” makes it easy to commune with nature. Cannelle is a room designed with disabled access.
