The style is traditional, as regards meals and décor. However, this package includes accommodation in an old, renovated farmhouse with some twenty spacious bedrooms with all mod. cons., and plenty of opportunity to see something new. A veranda, terrace, park, recreation area and petting farm with ducks, swans, sheep, ponies and goats are all part of the stay in this quiet village on the edge of the Vosges. With a Nature Centre and Spa providing body sculpting (shiatsu, ayurveda etc.), steam room, aromatherapy, beauty treatments etc., the hotel emphasises relaxation while fully justifying its reputation for gourmet fare. It is also accessible to disabled visitors.

Chef Dominique Mervelay and Sylvie Fleurot are always ready to surprise guests with seasonal produce from the greenhouses of the Horticultural College near Roville-aux-Chênes or fish and crayfish from Etang de l’Anneau. There are other local gems to add that extra touch to your break e.g. the gardens at Autrey Abbey, Baccarat crystal and mirabelle plum liqueur from the Domaine de Rozelieures.
